All payments are handled by the St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy finance office.

  • Registration Deposit:
    • You will need to make a minimum non-refundable deposit of $250.
    • Registration is not considered complete until the deposit has been paid.
  • Earlybird Discounts:
    • Savings opportunities will be applied based on the date your deposit has been paid.
    • Registrations confirmed by February 1, 2017, will save $60 on the total package selected.
    • Registrations received by April 1, 2017, will save $30 on the total package selected.
  • Final Payment Deadlines:
    • You are welcome to pay in as many installments as may be convenient for you.
    • For the Wisconsin session, all balances must be paid by June 1, 2017.
    • For the Kansas session, all balances must be paid by July 1, 2017.
    • If you need a little extra time, please let us know and we will be as flexible as possible!
  • Paying by Credit Card:
    • Please call the SJNMA Finance Office at (262) 646-7114.
    • Finance office staff are available from 10am until 4pm Central Time.
    • All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
  • Paying by Check:
    • Please make checks payable to “SJNMA” (not Davidson Scottish Arts Academy).
    • If not accompanying a registration form please include a note with the student’s name.
